- Chicken breast(600 g)
- Olive oil(2 tbsp)
- Za'atar(2 tbsp)
- Paprika(1 tsp)
- Cumin(1 tsp)
- Salt(1 tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)
- Lemon(1)
- Flatbread(4)
- Greek yogurt(200 g)
- Tahini(2 tbsp)
- Garlic(1 clove)
- Cucumber(1)
- Tomato(2)
- Red Onion(1)
- Flat Leaf Parsley(15 g)

Slice the {Chicken breast} into thin bite-size strips. In a bowl, toss with {Olive oil}, {Za'atar}, {Paprika}, {Cumin}, {Salt}, {Black pepper}, and the juice of half the {Lemon}.

Grate the {Garlic}. In a small bowl, stir together the {Greek yogurt}, {Tahini}, grated {Garlic}, and the juice of the remaining half of the {Lemon}. If needed, loosen with a small splash of water until spoonable. Dice the {Cucumber} and {Tomato}, thinly slice the {Red Onion}, and roughly chop the {Fresh parsley}.

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the {Chicken breast} for 8 minutes, stirring often, until golden at the edges and cooked through.

Warm the {Flatbread} in the same pan for 1 minute per side until soft and flexible.

Fill each {Flatbread} with the cooked chicken, the cucumber-tomato salad, and plenty of yogurt-tahini sauce. Fold and serve straight away.
