- Beef Sirloin(400 g)
- Mixed Greens(120 g)
- Cucumber(1)
- Radish(6)
- Avocado(1)
- Green Onions(3)
- Coriander(10 g)optional
- Sesame seeds(2 tsp)
- Soy sauce(2 tbsp)
- Rice Vinegar(1 tbsp)
- Lime(1)
- Sesame oil(1 tbsp)
- Honey(2 tsp)
- Ginger(1 tbsp)
- Rapeseed Oil(1 tbsp)
- Salt(½ tsp)
- Black pepper(½ tsp)

Pat the {Beef steak} dry, then season all over with {Salt} and {Black pepper}. Thinly slice the {Cucumber} into half-moons, slice the {Radish}, dice the {Avocado}, and finely slice the {Scallions}. Roughly chop the {Fresh cilantro} if using.

In a bowl, whisk together the {Soy sauce}, {Rice Vinegar}, juice of the {Lime}, {Sesame oil}, {Honey}, and grated {Ginger} until balanced and glossy.

Heat the {Vegetable oil} in a heavy pan over high heat. Sear the {Beef steak} for 1–2 minutes per side until browned outside and still rare in the center.

Transfer the beef to a board and rest for 5 minutes. Then slice it thinly across the grain.

Add the {Mixed Greens}, {Cucumber}, {Radish}, {Avocado}, half the {Scallions}, and half the dressing to a large bowl. Toss lightly, then add the sliced beef and fold through just enough to coat everything without bruising the leaves.
